QU’s NuFIT Program offers Fall Sessions
NuFIT For You, a Quincy area fitness gym, is offering Fall session classes to Quincy University students. To sign up, contact nufit@nufitforyou.com or 217-223-1929. Some of the workouts include Pilates, and TurboKick. There are classes available every day of the week as well. The classes are located in the Health and Fitness Center on QU’s campus.
