What’s challenging/interesting/rewarding about my current job?
- Every day is different. I don’t sit at my desk for 8 hours a day in front of a computer and that is the best part. On the flip side, it is also challenging to travel a lot for work. It’s not as glamorous as it may seem. Being able to balance it all can be a bit difficult.
How do I use various communication proficiencies in my work?
- I use communication skills every day. What is the most important is the changing of generations within the work place and finding what types of communication work best for the different groups of people.
What surprised me about my career?
- How much more you learn out in the field than in a classroom. The market place is always changing and there’s always new ways to educate yourself in your specific field.
