Workouts for Students

Quincy University Health and Fitness Center has teamed up with Blessing hospital and is providing several workout classes available to students at no charge. The classes range from Pilates to yoga, to barre and turbo kick. The classes are held throughout the day and all take place at various locations inside the Quincy University Health and Fitness Center. This is the perfect chance for students to get into the workout flow, they provide low impact exercise and high intensity, the right fit for anybody is out there. They classes start as early at 5:15 a.m. and go as late as 6:30 p.m. All students are welcome to participate and start their health journey.
